摘　　要：滇西贫困地区的中小学图书馆(室)是学校教育的一个重要阵地,目前滇西贫困地区中小学图书馆(室)建设存在着,地区发展的不均衡,藏书数量少、图书陈旧、藏书结构不合理,资金投入严重不足,无专职工作人员等方面的不足。为确保中其稳定发展,应加大图书馆经费的投入,把图书馆(室)建设纳入学校的评估内容中,培养高素质的专业人员队伍,实现资源共享、帮扶共建。School library in the west of Yunnan in poor areas is one of the important position of school education,At present,primary and middle school library in western Yunnan poverty area construction exists,regional development is not balanced,the number of books,old books,collection structure is not reasonable,a serious shortage of capital investment,lack of full-time staff etc. In order to ensure the stable development of library,should increase the input of funds. We＇ll consider the library construction into the content of assessment in schools,train the high- quality professional team,realize the sharing of resources,help each other.
