摘　　要：商业模式是科技成果转化的创新工具,把企业需求作为核心问题,把产业链中最有价值的作为核心环节,建立和完善人才、经费、制度三大保障机制。以需求市场为导向做好前期管理,以价值创造为目标强化后程管理,以团队建设为重点整合人才资源,以经费筹措为抓手增强盈利能力,以考核评价为杠杆完善激励机制,提升高校科技成果转化的经济效益和社会效益。the business model is the tool of innovation achievements transformation of science and technology,the demand of enterprise as a core problem, is regarded as the core part of the most valuable industrial chain,establish and perfect the personnel, funds, system of three security mechanism. With the demand of the marketoriented pre management, take the value creation as the goal to strengthen the late management, teamconstruction as the focus on integration of human resources, financing as the starting point to enhance profitability, in order to evaluate as a lever to improve the incentive mechanism, enhance the universities science and technology achievement transformation of economic efficiency and social benefits.
