摘　　要：目的利用脑电超慢涨落图技术研究门诊抑郁症各年龄段患者脑内神经递质、各导联熵值的差异。方法采用脑电超慢涨落分析仪,对患者各检测一次,分析神经递质、各导联熵值与正常值的差异和受年龄、性别的影响。结果各年龄段神经递质实测值间进行方差分析,发现DA存在显著性差异,各导联熵值与正常值对比发现在正常值范围内且偏高,随年龄增加先增加后降低。39-49岁,49-59岁组较其他年龄段高,进行方差分析发现仅在T4导联存在显著性差异。结论不同年龄段抑郁症患者的神经递质含量不同;抑郁症患者大脑有序性较差,右中颞大脑组织有序性和能量集中程度随年龄变化较大。Objective Differences with ENCEPHALOFLUCTUOGRAM technology research of outpatients with depressive disorder in patients of all ages neurotransmitters in the brain,the lead entropy. Methods Using ENCEPHALOFLUCTUOGRAPH analyzer,with each detection time,impact analysis,the differences of neurotransmitter leads entropy and normal and affected by age,gender. Results Analysis of variance for all ages neurotransmitter measured values of DA,found that there was a significant difference between the normal value,the lead of entropy and contrast found in normal value range and the high,first increased and then decreased with increasing age. 39 - 49 years,49 - 59 years old group than the other age groups were high,variance analysis showed that the only significant difference in lead T4. Conclusions Neurotransmitters in depression patients in different age and different; the brain in patients with depression worse order,temporal brain tissue in the right order and energy concentration degree change with age.
