摘  要:针对舞台表演中所有调速吊杆并非同时动作及驱动变频器可能发生故障的现象,为降低系统成本,提升系统运行过程中的安全可靠性,构建了一种基于自身硬冗余的舞台调速吊杆变频器切换支援与故障容错控制方案。首先,给出变频器个数及其本组和支援的分类规则用以构成双冗余关系;其次,利用变频器自诊断功能判决是否发生故障,无故障时由硬件选路板切换机制可实现任意切换,而当故障发生时,则通过切换至正常闲置变频器来支援故障变频器,从而通过重构系统实现对故障变频器的容错;最后以某一小型剧场的舞台调速吊杆控制系统为例,根据前述思想对正常支援及故障支援的冗余容错控制进行PLC梯形图编程,从而验证其可行性。运行结果表明该方案不仅能使系统中吊杆设备实现变频器正常时较高程度的随意切换,而且能确保故障时的高可靠性能运行,并且很大程度上降低了项目成本。Aiming at solving the non-simultaneous action problem of all speed booms and transducer which may be broken down in stage performance system,a method of transducer-switch-support and fault-tolerant control which reduces the system cost and improves the safety and reliability of control system operation process is proposed based on its hard redundancy. First,the number and classification rules of transducer are given to meet redundancy relationship. Next,the whether takes failure is judged by using self-diagnosis function of transducer. Then,when no fault appears,it can realize arbitrary switching by switching mechanism of the hardware routing board. Otherwise,when faults appear,it can switch to normal idle transducer and in order to realize fault-tolerance of the fault transducer through reconstructing system. Finally,a small theatre of the stage speed boom control system is taken for an example,according to the above-mentioned thought of redundancy fault-tolerant control of normal and faults support of PLC ladder diagram programming,its feasibility is verified. The running results show that the proposed scheme can not only make the boom equipment to realize the high degree of arbitrary switching when transducer is normal,but also ensure the high reliability operation for the failure,and greatly reduce the project cost.
