摘　　要：PDCA循环是指按照Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)、Action(行动)的顺序进行质量管理的一种管理方法,具完整性、大环套小环、阶梯式上升、应用范围广等特点。本文拟以PDCA循环的特点为切入点,介绍笔者所在医院PDCA循环的应用情况,以及对PDCA循环的几点认识,希望可以对医院管理同行有所启发。PDCA cycle concludes four stages, Plan, Do, Check and Action, and it is a scientific program of quality management. Based on the characteristics of PDCA cycle of integrity, big cycle contains small cycles, rise stepwise and extensive application, the paper introduced the using status and achievement of PDCA cycle in Children＇s hospital of Shanxi Province and claimed their views for PDCA cycle, and aimed to inspire the other hospital managers.
