摘 要:生料配料过程普遍存在操作员凭经验调整配比的现象,没有精确的计算过程,生料率值即石灰饱和系数、硅酸率和铝酸率波动较大。为解决这一问题,使用专家系统建立了包含对应典型工况控制规则的知识库,对生料配料过程的工况进行判断;针对不同工况充分参考人工经验,使用仿人智能控制给出相应的控制规则;使用增量式递推法求解最终配比。计算出的符合给定要求的三率值且与给定率值差的平方和最小时对应的配比即为最终配比。仿真实验表明,石灰饱合系数合格率由84.5%提高至91.9%;硅酸率合格率由93.5%提高至98.6%;铝酸率合格率由96.8%提高至97.5%。To resolve the common problem that operators adjust the mixture ratio of raw materials by experience,without precise calculation process,so that it makes lime saturation factor,silica modulus and alumina modulus fluctuate largely,we use an expert system,and establish a knowledge base composing of the corresponding control rules of typical operating conditions to judge the operating conditions of raw material batching process. Then we reference artificial experiences according to different operating conditions sufficiently,formulating corresponding control rules by human-simulated intelligent control. Finally we calculate the final ratio using incremental recursive method. The final ratio is the ratio whose modulus conforms to the set points and the variance of them is the least. Simulation results show that the qualified rate of lime saturation factor increases from 84. 5% to 91. 9%,silica modulus increases from93. 5% to 98. 6% as well as alumina modulus increases from 96. 8% to 97. 5%.
