摘  要:目的分析引导电极间距对蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位幅度的影响。方法采用细胞外记录法,观察不同间距的引导电极,记录引导电极动作电位的幅度变化情况。结果观察结果显示,引导电极5-10mm,负相波的波幅变化显著,在5-20mm之间,正相波波幅变化显著。结论在一定电极间距范围内,不断改变引导电极的间距,双向动作电位的负相波和正相波均会波幅升高,正相波波幅达到最高。Objective To analyze the effects of guiding electrode spacing on the action potential amplitude of the ischiadic nerve of toad.Methods In this experiment,the main method was extracellular recording,through to observe potential amplitude changes in different lead electrode spacing,and record the results.Results The results of the experiment showed that the negative phase wave changed significantly between 5-10 mm lead electrode spacing,and the positive phase wave changed significantly between 5-20 mm.Conclusion From the experiment,in certain ranges of electrode spacing,the negative phase wave,and the positive phase wave of the bidrectional action potential both will get higher through lead electrode spacing changes,as well as the positive phase wave.
