喉返神经显露在甲状腺癌根治术中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨显露喉返神经(RLN)在甲状腺根治术中的应用。方法收集甲状腺癌根治术患者260例,随机分为观察组与对照组各130例,观察组术中显露RLN,对照组术中不显露RLN,比较2组手术效果。结果观察组RLN损伤发生率1.54%,显著低于对照组的10.77%(P<0.05);2组手术时间、术中出血量无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组淋巴结清扫数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌根治术中显露RLN,能够保护RLN,降低RLN损伤发生率,可提高手术效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the significant of exposing the recurrent laryngeal nerve（RLN）in thyroid operation.Methods The data of 260 patients with thyroid carcinoma operation were collected,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group（130cases）and control group（130cases）.RLN was exposed in the observation group and not exposed in the control group.Results The injure incidence of RLN was 1.54%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than of 10.77% in the control group（P〈0.05）.These were no significant differences in operative time and intraoperative blood loss in the two group（P〉0.05）,the values of lymph node in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Exposing RLN in operation of thyroid cancer can protect the RLN and reduce the damage rate of RLN,which can improve the operation effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
