CA125、CA19-9、YKL-40、AKT、p-AKT联合检测诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清糖链抗原125(CA125)、糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)、甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)、磷酸化蛋白激酶B(p-AKT)联合检测诊断子宫内膜肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取子宫内膜癌患者100例为观察组;同期收集于我院体检中心体检健康的成年健康女性100例为对照组。检测2组研究对象CA125、CA19-9的阳性表达率,及YKL-40、AKT、p-AKT水平。比较各指标单独检测和联合检测的敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果观察组血清CA125和CA19-9的阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经血清学检测,观察组血清YKL-40、AKT、p-AKT水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各血清指标单项检测的敏感度、特异度及准确度均低于联合检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者具有较高的CA125、CA19-9阳性表达率和较高的YKL-40、AKT、p-AKT血清水平;CA125、CA19-9、YKL-40、AKT、p-AKT联合检测对诊断子宫内膜癌具有较高的临床价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of CA 125,CA19-9,YKL 40,AKT,p-AKT level combined diag-nosis for uterine endometrial cancer .Methods 100 cases diagnosed with endometrial cancer were selected as observation group;100 healthy women were selected as control group .The positive expression rate of CA 125,CA19-9 and the level of YKL-40,AKT,p-AKT were tested,and calculate the sensitivity ,specificity,accuracy of each index separate detection and combined detection.Results The positive expression rate of CA125 and CA19-9 of observation group were higher than those of normal group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The level of serum YKL-40,AKT,p-AKT of observation group were higher than those of normal group ,the difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The serum indexes separate de-tection sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy were lower than the joint detection ,the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with endometrial cancer are presented with high positive expression rate of CA 125,CA19-9 and high level of serum YKL-40,AKT,p-AKT.Clinical value of CA125,CA19-9,YKL-40,AKT,p-AKT combined detection in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer is higher ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
