链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂在胃镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂在胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2013年南方医科大学附属南海人民医院门诊或住院部需行胃镜检查的患者94例,随机分为3组,去泡剂组(A组)30例,链霉蛋白酶组(B组)31例,联合组(C组)33例。A组患者胃镜检查前15min仅给予去泡剂,B组患者胃镜检查前15min仅给予链霉蛋白酶,C组患者胃镜检查前15min予以链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂。观察3组患者不良事件发生情况,胃不同部位可见度评分,内镜操作时间。结果 A组患者胃窦部、胃体下部、胃体上部、胃底的可见度评分高于B组,A组患者胃体上部与胃底的可见度评分高于C组,B组患者胃窦部、胃体下部、胃体上部、胃底的可见度评分高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者内镜操作时间与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组患者内镜操作时间长于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜检查时3组患者均未出现严重不良事件。结论链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂在胃镜检查中的应用效果显著,可获得良好胃内可见度,缩短胃镜操作时间,且安全性好。Objective To explore the application effect of the pronase and antifoam agent on gastroscopy. Methods A total of 94 patients need gastroscopy were selected in Nanhai People＆#39;s Hospital Affiliated to Nanfang Medical University in 2013,and they were randomly divided into groups A,B and C. A group given antifoam agent 15 minutes before gastroscopy（ n=30）,B group given pronase 15 minutes before gastroscopy（n=31）,C group given pronase and pronase 15 minutes before gastroscopy（n=33）. The incidence of adverse events,stomach visibility score and gastroscopy completion time were compared in the three groups. Results The visibility score of gastric antrum,lower gastric body,upper gastric body and stomach fundus of A group was higher than that of B group,respectively;visibility score of upper gastric body and stomach fundus of A group was higher than that of C group,respectively;visibility score of gastric antrum,lower gastric body,upper gastric body and stomach fundus of B group was higher than that of C group,respectively,the differences were significantly different（P〈0. 05） . There was no significant differences of gastroscopy completion time between A group and B group（ P〉0. 05）,that of A group and B group was longer than that of C group,respectively,the differences were significantly different（P〈0. 05）. No one of the three groups occurred adverse events. Conclusion Pronase and antifoam agent has a notable curative effect on gastroscopy, can get a good visibility,shorten the operation time,and is safe.
