摘 要:针对工业平缝机高速化的要求,应用闭环矢量法、联立约束法对挑线刺布机构进行运动学和动力学建模,推导其运动学和动力学方程。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真得到机构的运动参数和运动副受力情况。对运动副作用力和惯性力分析,发现运动副受到周期力的作用,且力作用时间短,变化快,形成对运动副的冲击激励,易造成机体的振动和局部磨损。通过对机构的动态静力分析,为高速工业平缝机的进一步受力及振动优化提供了理论基础。Aiming at the high speed requirement of industrial flat sewing machine,The kinematics and dynamics models of the thread take-up and needle bar mechanisms are established by using the closed-loop vector method and the simultaneous constraint method,and its kinematics and dynamics equations are deduced.Applying the Simulink module built in the Matlab,the simulink model of the mechanism is built and executed.By analyzing the inertia force and the force in kinematic pair on the mechanism,the conclusion that there is a periodic force which liked an impact force acting on each kinematic pair is obtained.And the periodic forces would cause the rack vibration as well as the abrasion of the kinematic pairs.The analysis for the thread take-up and needle bar mechanism based on the dynamic static analysis method lays a foundation for the further improvement of sewing machine.
