摘 要:抓斗机滚筒是保证抓斗机安全有效工作的支撑连接件,具有局限的安装空间和复杂的载荷工况等特点。根据锚泊系统简化模型建立挖泥船的虚拟样机,构建滚筒的虚拟实验模型,并将抓斗机运动过程中的滚筒受力简化成接触约束,运用ADAMS动力学分析功能对传动滚筒进行静力学、动力学分析。将滚筒受力曲线拟合成分段函数,并在ANSYS中构建有限元模型,利用时域后处理分析滚筒的位移变形及应力分布。分析结果表明挖泥船抓斗机滚筒虚拟实验可以有效预测滚筒在抓斗机工作过程中的失效工况,为抓斗机滚筒结构优化设计及海上作业平台的机械结构分析提供可靠的仿真模型。The driving roller in dredger grab machine has the characteristic of limited installation space and complicated load condition,is an effective supporting connector which ensures the machine works safely.According to the virtual prototype of dredger built on simplified model of mooring system,the virtual experiment model of driving roller is constructed between pedestals and workbench of grab machine.And according to the restriction of adding contact of the forces applied on the roller during the motion process of the grab machine,the statics analysis and dynamics analysis are carried out based on ADAMS software.The force curve of driving roller is fitted into subsection function and the finite element model is constructed in ANSYS,so that the stress distribution and the displacement deformation can be analyzed in time domain.The analysis results show that virtual experiment of driving roller in dredger grab machine effectively finds out the failure condition of roller during the working process of grab machine,and a reliable simulation model to its structure optimization as well as mechanical structure analysis on the offshore work platform is provided.
