摘 要:采用周转轮系对差动轮系进行封闭,使此类轮系具有效率高、传动功率大、传动比范围广且结构紧凑等特点。其周转轮系均采用齿轮传动形式,采用链条、链轮代替部分齿轮实现周转轮系功能,设计了一种齿轮/链条混合传动行星减速器。在周转轮系传动比的理论计算方法基础之上,推导出齿轮/链条混合传动行星减速器传动比的计算公式。根据图解法来绘制齿轮/链条混合传动行星减速器的功率流简图,通过简图对该传动系统进行功率流向分析,并进行了传动效率计算。By using epicyclic train to close differential gear train,it makes this kind of gear train with high efficiency,large transmission power,wide transmission and compact structure,etc.The form of gear transmission is adopted in the epicyclic train.A Gear/Chain mixed transmission planetary gear reducer is designed by using gear/chain instead of parts of gear to realize the function of epicyclic train.On the basis of the theoretical calculation method of epicyclic train transmission ratio,the calculation formula of gear train transmission ratio is derived.According to the method of graphic to draw the power flow diagram of gear/chain mixed transmission for planetary gear reducer.The power flow analysis of the transmission system is carried out through these diagrams,and the calculation of the transmission efficiency is carried out.
