增肌运动处方对偏瘦女大学生体质的影响

摘  要:运用文献资料法、实验法对17名偏瘦女大学生进行增肌运动处方锻炼.实验采用中低强度的有氧运动和抗阻练习,每次锻炼时间为40min,运动频率设定为每周2次(周一和周三),把心率控制在130-150b/min,实验连续实施16周.结果显示:偏瘦女大学生的心肺功能得到了有效的改善,其中心率、心指数和肺活量指标改善较大,对血压的影响不大;偏瘦女大学生的BMI、身体各围度和皮褶厚度得到了有效的改善,其中BMI、臂围(紧张)改善较大,而对皮褶厚度、身体的其他围度影响不大;身体素质指标中除了握力以外,其他的指标均得到有效改善.本研究提示,增肌运动处方能有效改善偏瘦女大学生的机能指标和素质指标,对提高偏瘦女大学生身体素质具有一定的积极效应.This paper aims to study the exercise of Muscle Exercise Prescription of 17 slim female college students with documentary analysis method and experimental method.low-intensity aerobic exercise and resistance exercise are used in this experiment.Each exercise time is 40 min,exercise fluency is set to twice per week,(Monday and Wednesday)and heart rate is controlled at 130~150b/min.The experiment is carried out continuously to 16 weeks.The result indicates that the Cardiopulmonary function of slim female college students has been improved,heart rate,heart index and vital capacity index have greater improvement while the blood pressure is just slightly influenced.The BMI,each body circumference and skin-fold thickness of the slim female college students have been effectively improved,the BMI and hip circumference have changed a lot,but the skin-fold thickness and other circumference of the body is slightly influenced.All the physical quality indexes are effectively improved except for the grip strength.This research indicates that Muscle Exercise Prescription can improve the function index and quality index of slim female college students,and it has a positive effect on the improvement of physical quality of the slim female college students.
