摘  要:考试,是一种严格的知识水平鉴定方法。近代以来,高等学校考试的考核作用愈发明显,考试管理的作用也凸显出来。本文旨在了解考试管理在高校课程考试时体现的作用,在现实条件下,考试管理还存在各种各样的问题,如考核形式死板、屡禁不止的作弊问题、容易被忽视的考后质量分析问题等。面对这些问题,老师们应该解放思想,寻求最合适的考核方式;教学管理者狠抓学风,促进考风的提升;考试管理者们则应该制定和完善考试管理制度,加强质量监控,同时加强自身理论水平和管理水平的提升,从而做好高校的考试管理工作。Examination is a strict method of knowledge identification. Since modern times,the evaluation function of the examination in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly apparent,the role of examination management is also highlighted.This paper aims to understand the function of examination management in college curriculum examination. Under the actual condition,there are also a variety of problems under the examination management,such as the rigid assessment form,repeated cheating problems,the quality analysis after examinations which is easily neglected. Faced with these problems,teachers should emancipate their minds and seek the most appropriate way of evaluation; teaching administrators should pay close attention to the academic style so as to promote the exam disciplines; exam administrators should set up and perfect the examination management rules,and they should also strengthen quality control while improving themselves at both the theoretical level and the management level so as to keep the examination management in a good order in Colleges and universities.
