乡村医生心理健康状况与离职意愿的相关性

摘　　要：目的:了解乡村医生的心理健康状况,并分析与离职意愿的相关性。方法:以怀来县2013年11月在职的162名乡村医生为调查对象,采用自编问卷进行一般资料调查,采用焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评定乡村医生心理健康状况,采用离职意愿量表调查乡村医生的离职意愿。结果:共调查乡村医生162名,其中男性117名,女性45名;平均年龄(50.11±12.99)岁;乡村医生焦虑标准分为(44.33±7.66)分,抑郁标准分为(43.85±10.47)分,两者均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(U=11.789,2.435;P<0.05);焦虑与离职意愿II、离职意愿III及离职意愿总分呈正相关(r=0.183,0.216,0.235;P<0.05),抑郁与离职意愿II、离职意愿III及离职意愿总分呈正相关(r=0.175,0.212,0.232;P<0.05)。结论:乡村医生心理状况较一般人群差,焦虑抑郁情绪可增加离职意愿水平。Objective：To understand the status of rural doctors＇psychological condition, and analyze the correlation with turnover intention.Methods：Objects being investigated were 162 rural doctors in-servicing in November 2013 in Huailai county.Self-made questionnaire was used to understand the gen-eral condition,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale to evaluate the psychological condition of the rural doctors;Turnover Intention Scale was used to investigate their turnover intention. Results：A total of 162 rural doctors were investigated,including 117 males,and 45 females;Their average age was（50.11 ±12.99） years old;Rural doctors＇anxiety score was（44.33 ±7.66）,Depression score was（43.85 ±10.47）,the two scores were both higher than domestic norm（U=11.789,2.435;P 〈0.05）;The anxiety and turnover intention II,turnover intention III,and turnover intention total score were positively correlated（r=0.183,0.216,0.183;P〈0.05）,the depression and turnover intention II,turn-over intention III,and turnover intention total score were positively correlated（r=0.175,0.212,0.175;P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Rural doctors＇psychological condition is poor than the general population,anxiety and depression can increase turnover intention.
