摘 要:目的:探讨团体心理辅导对职业高中学生学习适应性的影响。方法:随机选取职高一个班的学生作为实验班。在对被试初测结果分析的基础上,设计并实施7次团体心理辅导活动,最后分析比较前后测结果。结果:1职高学生学习适应性偏低,学习适应性测验(AAT)总分标准分和"学习态度、学习技巧、学习环境"3个分量表标准分均小于45分;2实验班学习适应性测验总分前后测差异显著(t=2.88,P<0.01);3实验班在学习适应性的"学习态度(t=2.48,P<0.05)"、"学习环境(t=3.02,P<0.01)"、"心身健康(t=2.16,P<0.05)"3个方面差异有统计学意义。结论:团体心理辅导有利于提高并保持职业高中学生的学习适应性。Objective:To investigate the influence of group counseling on vocational high school students'learning adaptability.Methods:One class in vocational high school were selected randomly as experimental class.Based on the analysis of survey results,seven times of group counseling were designed and implemented for experimental class.Results:①Vocational high school students'learning adaptability was low,the scores on AAT and "learning attitude;learning skill,learning environment"were no more than 45.②The difference of AAT score in experimental class was significant(t=2.88,P〈0.01).③The difference of"learning attitude(t=2.48,P〈0.05),learning environment(t=3.02,P〈0.01),physical and mental health( t =2.16,P 〈0.05)"on AAT in experimental class were significant.Conclusion:Group counseling can improve and keep vocational high school students'learning adaptability.
