摘 要:目的:调查大学生对同性恋的认知与态度,探究两者的关系。方法:采用随机分层抽样的方法抽取389名大学生作为被试进行问卷调查,以自编《大学生对同性恋的认知和态度问卷》为工具。结果:大学生对同性恋行为了解与接受程度均不高,非常了解仅占3.9%,对同性恋行为能接受的仅占55.5%。女性大学生比男性大学生更容易接受同性恋行为,并存在显著性差异(χ2=4.101,P<0.05)。来自农村、城镇的大学生比来自城市的大学生更不容易接受亲友有同性恋行为,并存在显著性差异(χ2=16.435,P<0.01)。在性教育方面存在差异,系统地接受过性教育的大学生对亲友同性恋表现的更加宽容,并存在显著性差异(χ2=16.321,P<0.05)。结论:有针对性地开展性健康教育,加强大学生对同性恋的了解与认知,有助于对同性恋采取更宽容的态度。Objective:To investigate the condition of college students'cognition and attitude to homo-sexuality as well as the relation of them.Methods:389 college students were selected by stratified sam-pling method and completed the self-designed questionnaire of university student's knowledge and atti-tudes toward homosexuality.Results:College students did not have high level of understanding and ac-ceptance of homosexuality.3.9%reported understanding very well,and 55.5%can accept homosexuali-ty.Female college students were more likely to accept homosexuality than male college students (χ2 =4.101,P〈0.05).Compared to urban students from city,rural ones and those who were form town had more difficulties in accepting that their relatives and friends are gay(χ2 =16.435,P〈0.01).Students with systematic sex education had more tolerance of the assumption that their relatives and friends were homosexuality than those without systematic sex education(χ2 =16.321,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Sexual health education is needed in order to strengthen college students'understanding and increase their toler-ance of homosexuality.
