摘　　要：开展名师工程是提高我国高等教育质量的重要举措。文章从营造校园氛围、强化激励机制、实行分类管理和建立资源库四个方面入手,实现名师知识资源的有效共享,旨在充分发挥高校现有名师的辐射作用。The project of eminent teachers is an important measure to improve the quality of higher education in China. This paper holds the view that to share the eminent teachers＇ expertise, we should create a good campus atmosphere, strengthen the incentive system, improve category management and establish a resource bank so as to give full play to the radiation role of the eminent teachers in universities.
