产学合作在工程师培养中的意义与探索

摘　　要：本文简要叙述了产学合作的概念,分析了产学合作对于工程师培养的意义,研究了产学合作培养的模式,指出产学合作将是卓越工程师培养的关键环节。天津科技大学过程装备与控制工程专业近几年的研究与实践表明,产学合作培养模式是提高学生实践能力、综合素质的有效途径,同时可使科学研究与实际紧密结合,促进研究水平的提高,形成学校、企业、学生、教师共赢的局面。The concept of industry-education cooperation is briefly described, the significance of industry-education cooperation for engineer training is analyzed, the mode of industry-education cooperation is studied,and the key role of industry-education cooperation in excellent engineer training is pointed out in this paper.Study and practice of Process Equipment and Control Engineering Major in Tianjin University of Science Technology show that industry-education cooperation is an effective way to improve students＇ practice abilities and comprehensive qualities. Meanwhile,it can make scientific research closely related to industry,promote the research level, and form a win-win situation among colleges, enterprises, students and teachers.
