摘　　要：保险业人员流动频繁,导致"孤儿单"成为行业无法回避的现象。孤儿单处理的好坏,不仅关系到保险公司信誉,而且关系到广大客户利益。全面认识孤儿单的价值,从综合价值上去利用孤儿单,孤儿单的价值才能被真正充分挖掘出来。The frequent movement of insurance staff makes the ＂orphan policy＂ an unavoidable phenomenon, which is not only concerned with the insurance company＇ s reputation, but also with the customers ＇ satisfaction. Only by a comprehensive understanding and use of the value of orphan policy can their value be fully ex- cavated.
