摘　　要：文章从两个层面对话语权力关系、影响因素及话语权力的话语意识进行探讨。高校的学科情报服务是学校学科建设的重要组成部分,学科情报能够通过学科情报组织传播的传播体系进行传播。在这一传播体系中,应该对享有话语权的各方进行有效的权力分配,同时必须强化学科情报部门话语权力的话语意识。This paper probes into the relations between the discourse power and the influence factors, and voices the awareness of discourse power from two sides. The subject information service is an important gradient of discipline construction in college. The subject information can be transmitted through communication system about organizational dissemination of subject information. The rational allocation of the power should be carried out among the parties within this system. Meanwhile, the discourse awareness of the power should also be strengthened among the departments of discipline intelligence
