摘 要:对引进澳大利亚的29份大麦材料的蛋白质含量、淀粉含量和8个农艺性状进行分析。结果表明,蛋白质含量小于12%的材料为YDM17和YDM23,农艺性状变异系数都达到13%以上。相关性分析结果表明,淀粉含量与蛋白质含量间呈极显著负相关(r=-0.564),与千粒质量间呈显著负相关(r=-0.373);株高、单株粒质量与千粒质量间呈极显著正相关(r=0.589,r=0.492)。利用10个参数进行聚类分析,在遗传距离为8 c M时,各自聚为3类,结合农艺性状变异系数可说明各材料间差异较大。Protein content, starch content and eight agronomic traits were analysed of 29 barley materials come from Australia. The results indicated that protein content of YDM17 and YDM23 were less than 12%. Agronomic traits variation coefficient was above 13%. The correlation analysis results showed that starch content and protein content showed more significant negative correlation (r = -0.564 ), and significant negative correlated with 1 000 grain weight (r=-0.373). Plant height, grain weight per plant and l 000 grain weight had more significant positive correlation (r=0.589, r = 0.492). l0 parameters were made a clustering analysis, the genetic distance of 8 cM, respectively clustered into 3 categories. It suggested that there are larger differences among various materials combined with the agronom- ic traits variation coefficient.
