摘　　要：为了筛选出适宜运城市春栽香菇的最佳培养基配方,达到为菇农降低成本的目的。对不同配方香菇菌丝生长、子实体质量和产量等各项指标进行对比试验。结果表明,用苹果枝代替硬杂木等原料栽培香菇,具有很大的应用前景;最佳配方为苹果枝木屑78%,麸皮20%,石灰、石膏各1%。To screen the optimum medium for Fungorum cultivated in spring, and reducing the cost for Fungorum, this study is about a comparation test in different medium by some indexes, such as mycelial grow speed, fruiting body quality and yield. The results show that apples instead of hardwood materials has great prospects for the cultivation Fungorum. The best medium is apple wood sticks 78%, bran 20%, lime 1%, and plaster 1%.
