摘 要:以辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)、茄子(Solanum melongena)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)、小白菜(Brassica rapa L.Chinensis Group.)为研究对象,在经过砷污染处理的土培条件下,分别测定了这4种蔬菜的根长、株高和干物质量,分析了土壤中的砷对蔬菜苗期生长的影响。结果表明,不同蔬菜对砷的敏感度不同,土壤中的砷对同一蔬菜苗期不同器官的影响也不同。但是,当土壤中添加的砷含量为100 mg/kg时,辣椒和茄子的根长与株高开始呈下降趋势;黄瓜的株高超过根长;小白菜的株高几乎等于根长。当土壤中添加的砷含量超过100 mg/kg时,4种蔬菜的根长与株高总体而言都呈下降趋势。可以推断,土壤中砷含量为100 mg/kg左右很可能是蔬菜苗期耐受砷胁迫的临界值。This study chose Capsicum annuum L., Solanum melongena, Cucumis sativus L., Brassica rapa L. Chinensis Group. as the research object, under the condition of soil culture after treatment of arsenic pollution, to determine the four kinds of vegetable crops' root length, stem length and dry weight, and to analyze the influence of arsenic in soil on the vegetable seedling growth. The results showed that the sensitivity of different vegetable crops to arsenic was different, and the influence of the arsenic in soil on the different organs of the same vegetable at the crop seedling stage was also different. However, when the soil adding arsenic content was 100 mg/kg, the root length and stem length of the Capsicum annuum L. and the Solanum melongena started falling; the Cucumis sativus L.'s stem length was longer than its root length; the Brassica rapa L. Chinensis Group.'s stem length was nearly equal to its root length. When the soil adding arsenic content was more than 100 mg/kg, the root length and stem length of the 4 kinds of vegetables were falling in general. So it could be conclude that the soil arsenic content of about 100 mg/kg was likely to be the critical value of vegetable seedling tolerance to arsenic stress.
