摘　　要：探讨区域医药卫生信息公共服务平台建设的意义。对国内外医疗信息化现状进行分析,针对国内医药卫生信息共享以及山东省三甲医院网站在信息化中存在的问题及需求,在SOA架构的基础上提出平台应如何向用户提供交互服务,并对共享数据进行数据挖掘支持政策分析和决策提出建议。This paper discusses the significance of regional medicine health information public service system. Analyzes present situation of domestic and overseas medicine health informatization. It aims at the problems which exist in medicine health information sharing and informatization of first class hospitals website in shandong province. We propose that the platform should supply the interactive services for the users basis on the Service-Oriented Architecture（SOA） framework. In order to support policy analysis and decision making.
