摘 要:加工中心在机加工领域正广泛地应用着,编程人员和操作人员对刀本领是必须的,在保证工件加工质量的前提下追求加工效率也是必须的。在加工中心现场教学过程中,学生根据正确的数控程序加工零件时,会出现撞刀或工件在Z轴的加工精度不合格的现象。针对上述问题,根据现场的加工和教学经验探索出"三基"(基准刀、基准棒、基准面)法确定Z轴参数。实践表明,此方法简单、快捷而又不失精度,正应用在我校的加工中心实训教学中。CNC center is widely used in the field of machining,in which programming and operating personnel must be skillful in determining the cutting tool parameters. It is also necessary to improve machining efficiency on the premise of high quality workpiece machining. In the teaching process at the CNC center,when machining according to correct part program of CNC,students may confront with tool collision or the phenomenon of unqualified workpiece machining accuracy on Z-axis. In response to such problems,this paper works out a " three datum" method( datum tool,datum rod,datum plane) to determine the parameters of the Z-axis according to the processing experience in teaching. The practice shows that this method is simple,fast,and precise,which is now being applied in practice in the processing center of our university.
