As an honorary president of the association, I welcome you all to Peking Universily. I would like to share some personal ideas, hecause in fact, Professor Gu Zhengkun and Professor John Blair have heen actively, selflessly, inw）lved in the genesis of this Association. I think there are three very important key things, which underline this jointenterprise.
