摘  要:通过均匀试验,以稻壳和木质剩余物为主要原料,以异氰酸酯和脲醛树脂(UF)为胶黏剂制备稻壳—木刨花复合包装板。分析密度、芯层比例、表层施胶量、芯层施胶量、固化剂用量、热压温度、热压压力和热压时间8因素对复合板静曲强度和弹性模量的影响。结果表明,密度、芯层比例、表层施胶量、热压温度、热压压力和热压时间等工艺参数对复合板静曲强度和弹性模量都有不同程度的影响。当密度为0.77 g/cm3、芯层比例60%~65%、表层施胶量8%、热压温度170℃、热压压力2.6 MPa、热压时间20 s/mm时,所制得的包装用复合板具备较高的静曲强度和弹性模量,满足使用要求,且生产效率高,生产成本低。We studied the effects of process parameters( eight factors) on MOR and MOE of composites made from rice husks and wood residues using PAPI and UF as adhesives through multi-factor uniform experiment. Density,core layer ratio,surface layer resin consumption,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing pressure and hot-pressing time had different effects on MOR and MOE. When the density was 0. 77 g / cm3,the core layer ratio was 60%- 65%,the surface layer resin consumption was 8%,the hot-pressing temperature was 170 ℃,the hot-pressing pressure was 2. 6 MPa,the hot-pressing time was 20 s / mm,the composite board for packing reached high MOR and MOE,and met the use requirements with low cost and high production efficiency.
