摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液对难治性消化性溃疡患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法将60例难治性消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予泮托拉唑胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用康复新液。同时随机选取同期20例首诊为胃溃疡且经胃镜证实的患者作为对照2组,给予与对照组相同的治疗。所有入选者在胃镜下取溃疡周边黏膜组织,进行VEGF免疫组化染色及血管标记;同时进行外周血中VEGF水平的检测。结果实验组和对照组胃组织VEGF、血清VEGF含量和微血管数量均较对照2组低(P均<0.01)。治疗后实验组胃组织VEGF和微血管数量均较对照组高(P均<0.01);血清VEGF含量虽较对照组高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在难治性消化性溃疡的常规治疗中加用康复新液,可提高患者胃组织VEGF表达的阳性率及微血管数量,有助于难治性消化性溃疡的治疗。Objective It is to explore the effect of Kangfuxin liquid on VEGF expression in patients with refractory peptic ulcer. Methods Sixty patients with refractory peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The patients in the control group1 were treated with pantoprazole sodium,while the patients in the study group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the base of medication of the control group. At the same time 20 cases who firstly were diagnosed as the gastric ulcer and confirmed by gastroscope in the same period were randomly selected and as control group Ⅱ and were given the same therapy as the control group. All the selected patients were taken mucosal tissue surrounding the ulcer under gastroscope. All the biopsy samples were stained by VEGF immunohistochemical and vascular tagged. Meanwhile,the serum contents of VEGF of the patients were detected. Results The gastric body tissue VEGF,serum contents of VEGF and capillary number of the patients with refractory peptic ulcer were lower than that of the control group Ⅱ（ P 0. 01）; After treated with Kangfuxin liquid,the gastric tissue VEGF and capillary number of the study group were higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 01）,the serum contents of VEGF of those were higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Application of kangfuxin liquid in the routine treatment of refractory peptic ulcer can increase VEGF expression positive rate and the numbers of capillaries in gastric tissue,and is helpful for the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer.
