High Temperature Measurement Technology of Aero-Engine Internal Surface

摘  要:针对航空发动机故障诊断中长期存在的内壁高温测量难题,介绍了非接触式的红外辐射测温法、光电测温计法和接触式的热色液晶示温法、示温漆测温法及薄膜热电偶等多种测试手段。根据测试技术不破坏发动机内部流场和实时在线监测的应用需求,简述了不同测量方法的适用范围和测量精度,分析了不同测量手段的研究现状和技术特点。详细介绍了通过MEMS技术制作的薄膜热电偶,分析对比了辐射测温法和示温漆测温法,指出了由于薄膜热电偶自身结构的特殊性,可被广泛使用于各类表面瞬态温度测量领域。最后对发动机内壁面的高温测量技术进行了梳理与展望。For a longstanding problem of the internal surface high temperature measurement in the aero-engine fault diagnosis, the non-contact methods such as infrared radiation thermometry and photoelectric thermometer and the contact methods such as thermochromic liquid crystal method, temperature indicating paint technique and thin-film thermocouple are introduced. Ac- cording to the application demands of the measurement technologies for the non-disturbance of the engine internal flow field and real-time online monitoring, the application ranges and measure- ment precisions of different measurement methods are described, and the research status and technical characteristics are analyzed. The thin-film thermocouple fabricated by the MEMS tech- nology is introduced in detail. The radiation thermometry method and temperature indicating paint technique are analyzed and compared. The thin-film thermoeouple has the special structure which can be widely used in the measurement fields of various surface transient temperatures. Fi-nally, the high temperature measurement technologies for the aero-engine internal surface are re- viewed and prospected.
