“校漂”的产生原因及从高校教育管理层面对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,"校漂"群体逐渐扩大,"校漂族"出现了一系列问题,"校漂"现象引起社会各方面的广泛关注。通过对"校漂"自我认知、社会支持、国家政策解读等方面的调查分析,探求"校漂"形成的原因。高校应积极主动做好教育改革、创新,以学生思想引导、职业生涯规划、挫败感教育及感恩教育等方面为突破口,做好在校生的教育管理工作,破解"校漂"难题。In recent years ,“school drifting” group has gradually expanded and caused a lot of problems ,which has attracted the wide attention of the society .This paper ,through the investigation and analysis on self -cognition of“school drifters” ,social sup-port and the interpretation of national policy ,probes into the causes of school drift .At the same time ,the paper holds the opinion that colleges and universities should actively do education reform and innovation ,should take the student ideological guidance ,occu-pation career planning ,frustration education and!thanksgiving education as a breakthrough ,and do well in the educational man-agemant of university and solve the“school drift”problems .
