摘　　要：目的建立一种应用HPLC-PDA法直接测定冬虫夏草多糖肽的方法。方法用HPLC-PDA(高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器)法检测,以Atlantis T3柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温:35℃;以体积分数为5%的甲醇水溶液为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1,进样量为10μL,扫描波长为190nm^460nm。结果平均回收率为96.3%,RSD为1.34%,测得样品中多糖肽含量为16.8mg·g-1。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,回收率较高,为测定冬虫夏草保健品中多糖肽提供了可靠办法。OBJECTIVE To establish a direct determination method of polysaccharide peptides（ PSP） in Ophio-cordyceps sinensis by HPLC-PDA.METHODS Chromatographic Column：Atlantis T3（4.6 ×250mm,5μm） ,column temperature was 35℃;A mobile phase of solution of CH3 OH∶H2 O=5∶95,the flow velocity was 1.0mL？ min-1 ,the sample size was 10μL,and PDA scanning wavelength was between 190nm and 460nm.RESULTS The average re-covery rate was 96.3%,and the relative standard deviation （ RSD） was 1.74%,the content of PSP in sample was 16.8mg？ g -1.CONCLUSION The proposed method is simple,rapid,and accurate,and has high recovery,it can be used to offer a reliable method for the determination of PSP in health products of Ophiocordyceps Sinensis.
