摘  要:针对基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的啮合原理进行研究,在考虑了链板孔和销轴之间间隙的情况下,建立了基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的数学模型,分析了基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链系统的链条波动特性,并对链板和销轴进行了接触动态特性分析。仿真分析结果表明,基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链能够有效地实现内-外复合啮合功能,链条波动较小,链板心形孔外侧定位处以及链板裆部是链板的薄弱环节,销轴对滚接触区及与链板接触区是销轴受力较大的区域。研究成果为基于心形孔的新型Hy-Vo齿形链的设计提供了理论依据,并为进一步研究Hy-Vo齿形链的多元变异及其耦合效应奠定了基础。This paper focuses on the research about the meshing principle of a new Hy-Vo silent chain based on the heart hole. Considering the gap between the pin and plate hole of a new Hy-Vo silent chain based on the heart hole,the simplified mathematical model is established and the chain fluctuation is analyzed. Contact dynamic analysis of the chain plate and pin is given. Simulation results show that the new Hy-Vo silent chain based on heart hole can effectively realize inside-outside meshing and the chain fluctuation is very low. Outside positioning of chain plate hole and chain plate crotch are the weak links. The forces in the rolling contact zone and the area contacting with the chain plate of pins are larger. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of a new Hy-Vo silent chain based on the heart hole and establishes the basis of further researches on diversity variation and coupling effect of Hy-Vo silent chain.
