摘  要:社会主义市场经济的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争和知识的竞争。人力资源是一个国家科技发展的重要推动力,是社会生产力发展的核心力量,其中社会经济可持续发展的关键因素就包括人力资源的数量、质量与利用,人力资源的多少关系着党和国家事业的发展。现代化的高校作为人力资源的重要培养基地,肩负着培养高素质人才的重任,所以,高校人力资源的管理在今天就显得越发重要。The competition of the socialist economic market fundamentally lies in the competition for talents and knowledge. Human resources is an important impetus of national scientific and technologic development, and is the nuclear power of the development of social productivity; the key factors for the sustainable development of social economy include the quantity,quality and utilization of human resources; the amount of human resources involves the development of the party's and country's causes. The training human resources at universities is particularly important, and therefore, the modern colleges and universities, as an important training base of human resources, shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents. So,in today's management of human resources in colleges and universities becomes increasingly important.g high-quality talents.So, in today's human resources management in colleges and universities becomes increasingly important.
