摘　　要：澄清认知、剖析症结和意义指引是思想咨商的主要环节,意义指引居于"顶层设计"的地位。思想咨商的意义指引有两个逻辑出发点,即个人的与社会的。马克思以社会发展为意义取向,对学院性的思想困惑和时代性的思想难题,如资本生成悖论、资本主义发展悖论和人的异化问题等,给出了精到的分析和洞彻的开解,具有丰富的群体思想咨商意蕴,对于化解思想咨商之当代中国式问题具有重要的启发价值。To clarify the cognition, analyze the crux and meaning guidancc is the main part of thought coun- seling. The “top design” status is meaning guidance in thought counseling. There are two points in meaning guidance that arc individual and society. Marx analyzes the academic or the social ideological confusion from the social development as＇meaning orientation, such as paradox of capital formation, paradox of capitalist development, and issue Of human alienation, and gives subtle analysis and-tho＇rough explanation, w.hich con- tain rich implication of the group thought counseling, and have important inspiration to the contemporary Chinese - style problem solution of thought counseling.
