摘　　要：文章归纳了脑卒中二级预防依从性及影响因素研究的相关概念、主要方法及现状,讨论了二级预防依从性的可干预影响因素。在此基础上,对我国二级预防依从性的研究方案提出建议,以期在后续的研究中获得更为客观、准确的结果,为国内进行相关干预性研究提供依据。Here is to summarize the concepts,the main approaches and the present situation of the compliance in secondary stroke prevention and influencing factors research,and discuss the intervention influencing factors of the compliance in secondary prevention. On this basis,it puts forward the proposal on the research plan of secondary prevention compliance in China,in order to get more objective and accurate results in follow-up studies and provide a basis for the related intervention research in China.
