摘　　要：地方本科院校行政模拟法庭教学方法的保障研究还处于初始阶段,亟需进一步完善与发展。从校地合作办学的视角去探索地方本科院校行政模拟法庭教学方法的保障具有重要的意义。校地合作办学视角下的地方本科院校行政模拟法庭教学方法的保障应当体现在人力、物力以及财力三个方面,其中,人力保障是行政模拟法庭教学方法保障的前提,物力保障是行政模拟法庭教学方法保障的基础,财力保障是行政模拟法庭教学方法保障的后盾。Research on the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court in the local colleges is still in the initial stage and needs further improvement and development.From the perspective of school and areal cooperative education exploring the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court in the local colleges has fundamental significance.Under the perspective of school and areal cooperative education the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court in the local colleges should demonstrate three dimensions：human,material and financial resources,in which human security is the prerequisite for the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court;material security is the basis for the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court;financial resources security is the backup force for the protection of the teaching method of administrative moot court.
