中医“肾脑系统”的初步构建

摘　　要：中医学认为"肾藏精,生髓通于充实大脑","脑为髓海"。中医脑的生成、正常生理功能的发挥和病理状态的呈现都与肾脏功能状态息息相关。在中医整体观念指导下构建中医"肾脑系统"有利于更好地把握和运用"肾脑相关"理论解决脑部疾病实际临证问题。分别从构建中医"肾脑系统"的缘由和意义,中医"肾脑系统"的结构和主要功能三个方面初步阐释了中医"肾脑系统"的理论内涵,以期为从肾论治脑病提供更加精确的辨治思路。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） thinks “the kidney stores essence, essence grow marrow and enrich the brain”,“brain being the marrow sea”. Chinese medicine brain generation, the normal physiological function and pathological state of present closely related to kidney function. Under the guidance of holistic concept of TCM to build“kidney brain system”is good for us to better grasp the theory of “kidney brain related”and solve the problem of actual clinical brain diseases. This paper respectively interpret connotation of“kidney brain systems” from three aspects of the reason and significance of building “kidney brain system”, the structure and main function of “kidney brain system”, in order to provide more accurate syndrome differentiation idea of treating encephalopathy from kidney.
