摘　　要：材料试验机是对金属材料进行性能测试的重要实验仪器,对于新型材料的研发与改进有着重要的指导意义。然而传统的材料试验机功能单一,自定义性差。为此将多线程与PID控制相结合,设计出一套数控编程系统,允许用户轻松自定义试验过程,并在材料试验机上获得了良好的应力速率、应变速率、位移速率控制及定荷、定应变、定位移控制的实验结果。Material testing machine is a key experiment instrument for metal material＇s performance test,especially for new material＇s research and improvement.But the traditional machines＇ function is simple and is less customized.In the paper,a new NC programming system is designed,which allows user to define the test process easily,and a very good testing result is obtained in the test process of stress rate,strain rate,displacement rate and constant stress,constant strain,constant displacement,etc.
