浙江高校产学研合作教育的现状、问题与建议

摘　　要：产学研合作教育对高校应用型人才培养、教师队伍建设、提升综合竞争力、发挥社会服务职能具有重要意义。当前浙江高校在产学研合作中科学研究和成果转化取得了骄人的成绩,但对产学研结合教育功能认识不够。本文着重从企业、高校、中介以及政策法规等几个维度对浙江高校产学研合作教育中存在的问题进行调查分析,并提出相应的对策建议。The industry-university-research cooperative education plays a very important part in training the applied talents, constructing the teaching team, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness and exercising the social service role. The education has achieved a lot in terms of scientific research and transformation of scientific achievements, yet as regards its education role,there still lacks enough cognition. The paper analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of enterprise, university, agency and policies as well as laws and regulations and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
