2型DPN患者血清NSE的变化及其与周围神经病变关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）的变化并研究其与DPN的关系。方法177例2型糖尿病患者按有无DPN分为DPN组（106例）和对照组（71例），测定并比较两组的血清NsE水平，以Logistic回归分析探讨NsE与DPN的关系。结果DPN组血清NSE水平高于对照组（P〈0．05）；Logistic回归分析显示在排除性别、年龄、糖代谢指标、病程等混杂因素影响后，NSE水平仍与DPN密切相关（OR值：1．194[1．031-1．383]，P值：0．018）。结论2型糖尿病DPN患者血清NSE水平升高，NSE水平与DPN密切相关，可能是DPN的一个独立预测因子。Objective To investigate the serum neuron-specific-enolase （ NSE ） level in type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy （ DPN ） and explore the relationship between NSE and DPN. Methods 177 inpatients with type 2 diabetes were included in this study.They were divided into DPN group （ n=106 ） and control group （ n=71 ） according to the existing of DPN.The level of serum NSE was determined and compared in two groups; Logistic regession model was used to assess the relationship between NSE and DPN. Results The DPN group had a higher serum NSE level than control group （ P〈0.05 ） and the serum NSE level showed closed association to DPN （ odds ratio 1.194 [1.031-1.383 ] , P=0.018 ） after sex, age, glucose metabolism indexes, duration were adjusted. Conclusion Theserum NSE level is increased in type 2 diabetes with DPN and tightly related to DPN, it might be an independent predictive factor of DPN.
