摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化并研究其与DPN的关系。方法177例2型糖尿病患者按有无DPN分为DPN组(106例)和对照组(71例),测定并比较两组的血清NsE水平,以Logistic回归分析探讨NsE与DPN的关系。结果DPN组血清NSE水平高于对照组(P〈0.05);Logistic回归分析显示在排除性别、年龄、糖代谢指标、病程等混杂因素影响后,NSE水平仍与DPN密切相关(OR值:1.194[1.031-1.383],P值:0.018)。结论2型糖尿病DPN患者血清NSE水平升高,NSE水平与DPN密切相关,可能是DPN的一个独立预测因子。Objective To investigate the serum neuron-specific-enolase ( NSE ) level in type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy ( DPN ) and explore the relationship between NSE and DPN. Methods 177 inpatients with type 2 diabetes were included in this study.They were divided into DPN group ( n=106 ) and control group ( n=71 ) according to the existing of DPN.The level of serum NSE was determined and compared in two groups; Logistic regession model was used to assess the relationship between NSE and DPN. Results The DPN group had a higher serum NSE level than control group ( P〈0.05 ) and the serum NSE level showed closed association to DPN ( odds ratio 1.194 [1.031-1.383 ] , P=0.018 ) after sex, age, glucose metabolism indexes, duration were adjusted. Conclusion Theserum NSE level is increased in type 2 diabetes with DPN and tightly related to DPN, it might be an independent predictive factor of DPN.
