摘 要:文章通过访谈与调研了解扬州某中学PBL教学模式下高中思想政治课教师角色行为的现状以及师生对PBL教学模式应用的共识情况。调查结果发现教师和学生对PBL理念与实践还没达成完全一致的共识。从师生角度来分析主要原因:一是教师引导能力尚存不足,还未形成较强的问题意识;二是学生素质参差不齐,有的学生习惯了低层次的能力要求,缺乏学习动机与积极性,只熟悉"机械式"的学习策略,过分依赖教师。因此,教师角色行为的转变要注意以下三个方面:一要培养教师问题意识;二要加强教师的导学能力;三要引导学生转变学习观念。This paper explains teacher role behavior under the present situation of the high school thought political lesson through interview and investigation about Yangzhou middle school in PBL teaching pattern,and the consensus on the applica-tion of the PBL teaching mode between teachers and students.The survey found that teachers and students on the concept and practice of PBL has not reached full consensus.To analyze the main reason from the perspective of teachers and students:First,the teachers'guiding ability is insufficient,has not yet formed strong question consciousness,the second is the uneven quality of students,some students used to the lower levels of capacity requirements,lack of learning motivation and enthusi-asm,only familiar with the "mechanical"learning strategy,over -reliance on teachers.Therefore,changing role of teachers should pay attention to the behavior of the following three aspects:First,we must cultivate awareness of the problem of teach-ers;Second,we must strengthen the capacity of teachers guidance;Third,we must guide the students to change their ideas.
