摘　　要：以乌鲁木齐市五大高校的在校大学生为样本,发放调查问卷,首先运用SPSS软件对问卷进行因子分析得到6个公共因子,在此基础上用满意度因变量与公共因子自变量做多元回归分析,得出快递工作人员服务态度、货物的发货时间和物流速度对大学生的满意度具有显著影响,并根据这一结论提出相关建议。In this paper, we surveyed the students of the five colleges in Urumqi as the sample using a questionnaire, extracted 6 common factors from the results, on such basis had a multi-factor regression analysis with the common factors as the independent variables and customer satisfaction as the dependent Variable, found that the service attitude of the couriers, delivery time and logistics speed had significant influence on the satisfaction of the students, and at the end, proposed some corresponding suggestions.
