摘　　要：将供应链思维引入到高校物流管理专业应用型人才的培养,在对高校物流管理专业应用型人才培养供应链结构进行分析的基础上,提出了基于供应链思维的高校物流管理专业应用型人才培养模式,最后重点从目标机制、运行机制和保障机制三个方面构建了基于供应链思维的高校物流管理专业应用型人才培养机制。In this paper, we introduced the supply chain thinking into the cultivation 9f applied university logistics management talents, then on the basis of an analysis of the supply chain structure of the cultivation of the talents, proposed the corresponding talent cultivation mode based on the supply chain thinking, and at the end, established the suitable talent cultivation mechanism on the aspects of objective, operation and support.
