深海集成液压动力源的传动特性研究

摘  要:主要针对深海集成液压动力源的电机与液压泵的动力传递方式进行分析,在相同的工况下对平键和花键连接进行了应力仿真对比,结果表明:使用花键连接更加合适。根据矩形齿形花键和渐开线齿形花键的特点,结合液压源的工作环境,选择了渐开线齿形花键。通过仿真得出了花键安装的平行不对中与角度不对中的最大可控值,在实际安装配合时,只要将相应的不对中量控制在一定范围内,即可保证整个液压源动力传递的可靠性。The power transmission ways of the motor and the hydraulic pump of the deep-ocean integrated hydraulic power source were analyzed. The spline connection was chosen as the main connection of the system by comparing the flat key with the spline key in stress in the same working conditions and the same shaft diameter. According to the charaeteristie of rectangle spline and involute spline, as well as the working environment, the involute spline was chosen. The extreme valuse of parallel misalignment and angle mis- alignment were gotten by simulation. When assembling, the misalignment can be controlled in a certain range and the reliability of the whole system can be guaranteed.
