摘 要:以赤潮异弯藻为研究对象,设置氮、磷浓度分别为16μmol/L∶16μmol/L、64μmol/L∶16μmol/L、256μmol/L∶16μmol/L、256μmol/L∶4μmol/L和256μmol/L∶2μmol/L,以2,2′,4,4′-四溴联苯醚为多溴联苯醚的代表,研究氮磷比对赤潮异弯藻不同生长时期富集多溴联苯醚的影响,并分析赤潮异弯藻对2,2′,4′4-四溴联苯醚的富集与其总脂和总碳水化合物含量的关系。研究结果表明,在赤潮异弯藻生长的延缓期,氮磷比对单位细胞的多溴联苯醚富集量没有影响,在对数期和稳定期,除256μmol/L∶16μmol/L条件下,富集量均明显增加,其中256μmol/L∶2μmol/L条件下富集量最高,在稳定期可达1.5fg/个。由于氮磷比导致赤潮异弯藻的总脂等生化成分含量发生变化,且赤潮异弯藻的富集量与其细胞总脂含量呈显著正相关,氮磷比影响了赤潮异弯藻对多溴联苯醚的富集。The bioaccumulation of 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-47)as one of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)by algaHeterosigma akashiwoin different growth phases was studied under different N∶P ratios(16μmol/L∶16μmol/L,64μmol/L∶16μmol/L,256μmol/L∶16μmol/L,256μmol/L∶4μmol/L,and 256μmol/L∶2μmol/L),and the relationship between the bioaccumulated BDE-47 amount and total carbohydrates or total lipids was evaluated.It was found that there was no significant effect of N:P ratio on bioaccumulation of BDE-47 in the alga cells in the lag growth phase.During the exponential phase of growth and stationary phase,however,the bioaccumulated BDE-47 amounts were shown to be increased in all ratios of N∶P(except in 256μmol/L∶16μmol/L),the maximum at N∶P ratio of 256μmol/L∶2μmol/L1,up to 1.5fg/cells in the stationary growth phase.The change in bioaccumulation of BDE-47 by the alga was derived from the N∶P ratio,which led to the change in biochemical composition,thus resulting in changes in bioaccumulated BDE-47 amount.
