齐口裂腹鱼感染嗜水气单胞菌后血清指标的变化

摘　　要：给体质量380~420g的齐口裂腹鱼腹腔注射密度为2.0×108 cfu/mL的嗜水气单胞菌液后6、12、24、48、72、90h,尾静脉抽取血液,测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力、黄嘌呤氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性指标。结果显示,齐口裂腹鱼在感染72h后出现明显的发病症状,腹部肿大,胸鳍、腹鳍基部出血;在感染90h内活力先升后降,在12h上升出现极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。感染初期总抗氧化能力开始上升,48h达到峰值后下降。感染后过氧化氧酶活性明显增强,但在48h后逐渐下降。在感染90h内,黄嘌呤氧化酶指标呈直线上升趋势。表明血清指标可作为判定齐口裂腹鱼感染细菌的参考指标。The activities of total superoxide dismutase（T-SOD）,xanthine oxidase（XOD）,and catalase（CAT）,and total antioxidant capacity（T-AOC）were determined in serum of health Schizothorax prenanti challenged with Aeromonas hydrophilaat a dose of 2.0×108 cfu/mL 0h,6h,12 h,24h,48 h,72h,and 90 h after injection in order to understand the effects of A.hydrophilaon serum indices of S.prenanti.The obvious symptoms including enlarged abdomen and hemorrhage at the bases of pectoral fin and ventral fin were observed in the infected S.prenantis 72 hafter administration.The activities of T-SOD,XOD,and CAT in the infected S.prenantis were firstly increased and then decreased,very significant difference at12h（P〈 0.01）compared with the control group.The activity of T-AOC was found increase,the maximum at 48h（P〈0.01）,then quickly decrease.The activity of CAT was initially increased and then decreased after 48 h,and the activities of XOD was continuously rose during 90 h.The findings indicate that the serum indices are good indicators of S.prenanti challenged with A.hydrophila.
