谷红对大鼠脑出血血肿周围NGB和IL-6表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究谷红对脑出血大鼠的脑保护作用。方法建立大鼠脑出血模型,检测NGB和IL-6在脑出血后血肿周围不同时间的表达。结果药物干预组较出血组神经功能缺损评分明显降低。干预组NGB表达较脑出血组明显增多。脑出血组IL-6阳性表达比干预组明显增加。结论谷红对脑出血所致的神经元损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective To study protective effect of Guhong on cerebral hemorrhage of rats. Method ICH model was established in SD rats, NGB and IL-6 around haematoma were compared respectively. Result Neurological deficit score in the drug intervention group was significantly lower than the ICH group. NGB In intervention group increased obviously than ICH group. The positive expression of IL-6 was significantly higher in ICH group than intervention group. Conclusion Guhong had a clear protective effect on neurons damage caused by cerebral hemorrhage.
