摘　　要：目的探讨可摘全口义齿固位不良的原因和预防措施。方法选择2010年1月-2014年1月我科室就诊的患者200例,分析所有患者义齿固位不良的原因。结果可摘全口义齿固位不良主要原因包括边缘封闭作用差;基托边缘的伸展不够或过长、过厚和系带区基托边缘缓冲不够;粘膜组织的粘附力低和牙槽骨严重的吸收。经针对症预防处理,所有患者均得到了较好的固位效果,整体满意度为100%。结论可摘除义齿固位不良的提前处理和预防能够有效提高义齿固位效果,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To explore the reasons and prevention measures of bad retention on removable complete dentures. Method 200 cases in our department were selected, reasons of bad retention on dentures of all patients were analyzed. Result The main reasons include the poor edge sealing, stretch of underpinning edge is not enough or too long, too thick and underpinning edge buffer of lace-up area is not enough; adhesive of mucosal tissue is low, and alveolar bone is absorbed seriously. All patients got a good retention effect and 100% satisfaction by preventive measures. Conclusion Early treatment and prevention of bad retention on removable complete dentures can effectively improve the denture retention effect and the patient＇ s satisfaction.
